Terrain Minerals Limited (ASX: TMX) Commences Drilling at Wildflower Gold Project

Drilling Campaign Initiated

Terrain Minerals Limited has announced the commencement of a reverse circulation (RC) drilling campaign at its 100% owned Wildflower Gold Project. The program consists of sixteen holes, totalling approximately 2,150 metres, aimed at exploring newly identified northwest shear zones. Nine holes will be drilled at Cota (T16W) and additional holes at Monza and Lightning.

Previous Exploration Results

This latest drill program follows a successful first pass air-core reconnaissance drilling campaign conducted in September 2024. The previous program identified significant supergene mineralisation, including 9 metres at 1.17 g/t gold from a depth of 30 metres at Cota. The results also detailed multiple wide zones of gold anomalism.

Future Outlook

Initial findings from the current drilling campaign are expected to be released by January 2025. The company is also exploring gallium mineralisation at the Larin’s Lane project, with planned metallurgical sampling to take place at one site. Justin Virgin, Executive Director of Terrain Minerals, stated, “We are excited about the potential of the Wildflower Gold Project and look forward to sharing our findings in the coming months.”
