Contract Details
The Company has agreed to offer Mr Scott Smyser 2,500,000 Performance Rights, which vest subject to the Company’s share price achieving a 20-day Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) of 10 Australian cents; 2,500,000 Performance Rights, vesting at a 20-day VWAP of 15 Australian cents; and 2,500,000 Performance Rights, vesting at a 20-day VWAP of 20 Australian cents. All performance rights are subject to a minimum continuous engagement term of 12 months and a five-year expiry date. They will lapse upon Mr Smyser’s departure, with immediate vesting in the event of a Change of Control.
